About Our Principal

Laura Johnson, RN, BSN is a Regional Director of Clinical Services for a rapidly growing provider of sub-acute and long-term care in New Jersey and Connecticut. In her current role, she coordinates with other regional clinical staff to ensure that facilities are achieving the best outcomes possible for patients, residents, and their families.

Laura has worked in post-acute and long-term-care for her entire nursing career. She started with her current company in 2019 as a Director of Nursing at one of their facilities in South Jersey. Prior to that, Laura was the Director of Nursing at two facilities in Burlington County, working her way to that position after beginning her career 13 years earlier as an LPN.

During her four years as Director of Nursing at a 300-bed Continuing Care Retirement Community, she helped obtain multiple deficiency free surveys and helped the facility maintain five-star status throughout her tenure.
